For all of you lucky bastards not going to the Outdoor Retailer show, I'd highly recommend checking out Rob Shaul's Mountain Athlete Seminar in Portland, Oregon on January 24 & 25.
I took Rob's seminar back in September, and I must say it was the best amalgam of crossfit, oly lifting, and climbing training. It's $500, which is pretty damn cheap for 16 hours plus of instruction and certification credits for those of you who work in this field...
