Instructors: Craig Luebben and Arno Ilgner ----------------------------------------------------------------- Dates: Monday - Wednesday (August 4-6) --- This climbing training camp is specifically targeted to those climbers who want to learn traditional climbing and gain a heightened degree of mental focus through applying the Warrior’s Way program in a trad setting. ----------------------------------------------------------------- We are offering a 3-day course, with a maximum of 5:1 client to guide ratio. We will focus on each climber individually so you get the most from your time. When you leave you’ll climb stronger, smarter, safer, more efficiently, and you’ll have the skills you need for leading traditional routes. --- Target group: Climbers who do OR do not know trad skills. Those that don't know trad will learn the basics while those that do know trad will learn to refine their skills. Both will learn how to refine their mental focus in trad settings. --- Skills covered: 1. Improved safety awareness and appropriate risk assessment 2. Learn traditional climbing skills, including setting lead protection and building belay anchors 3. Lead traditional routes safely and efficiently 4. Climb cracks, from finger cracks to offwidths 5. Increase the power of your strongest “muscle”, the brain by applying the Warrior's Way mental fitness program 6. Develop self awareness, stay centered, reduce doubts and fear, fall safely, improve commitment, gain fluidity, and increase problem-solving skills 7. Have a fun-filled, educational climbing experience --- What is included? All climbing equipment is included except: climbing shoes, harness and belay device. If you have traditional climbing gear, rope, draws/slings, and a helmet, bring it. --- Logistics We'll be camping. Bring food, water, and camping equipment. how about including the cost so that one could assess the travel & class cost up front, see if it is financially feasible, before getting to any other question one might have?

you make an important point. i guess it is a way to get people to inquire and find out more before judging just on price. anyway, it is $490. arno
