Okay people, Mom's here. I see I should have checked in a few days (and 7 pages) ago. I might have to start monitoring Jul's online useage and friends a little better.

The "rock mom" is for real!?! Dude, that is so cool. I thought "julianas_mom" was one of you cornballs goofing off. Thank goodness there'll be some bonafide adult supervision of this thing!
BTW, it looks like I'll be climbing with nhclimber tomorrow (another new RC guy), and I'll try to convince him to go to this gathering too. I don't want to be the only newbie for ya'll to pick on!

As for the cookout, I think we've sort of decided on Saturday night, so that everyone can make it (there are some who won't be there by Friday night). So Jules' mom, lobsters for Saturday!!!

Well while clymber and lostangel visited myself and fiend for some cheap gear, good beer, and a limestone sampler, I see this topic grew another couple of pages. Don't you guys ever go climbing or do we have to hire some ropeguns for Rumney?
