I just noticed this topic.. don't visit RC.com often anymore.
I get down to Rumney quite often with friends, and it is possible that I will be there during the time of your gathering.
I didn't take the time to read the whole thing over, so let's recapitulate...
Where will you guys camp?
What will be the exact dates again?
What crags will you visit, an where will you all meet up?
For my part, I will probably be coming down for one day, and I usually visit Waimea/Orange Crush/Monsters.
On another subject, there was some kind of women's gathering down at Rumney (not the sponsored event) last week (sunday the 8th I think), there were like 20 girls of all ages, and they took a group photograph.
I wondered if it was some forum gathering or something... any of the guilty parts are from here?
Anyway thanks for the show, whoever you are...

Jan, thanks for pointing out to my ungrateful wretch of a daughter that she forgot me on her list. It's really not surprising though. What am I but a chauffeur/cook/laundress? After all, I was only pregnant with her for NINE AND A HALF MONTHS, the last month being one of the HOTTEST ON RECORD, and I was only in labor with her for TWENTY THREE HOURS. Why should she remember me? I'm just a mother.

In answer to your temp and weather question: typically it is in the 60's during the days and 30'-40's at night. Of course that is subject to major change, meaning it could be anywhere from the 20's to the 80's during the day and the 20's - 40's at night. This is, naturally, all in Fahrenheit.
And to those in Jul's group--please note that we're staying at a CAMP--the N'HAMPsha kind, not the Massachusetts kind. We-AH jest plain folk he-AH. We did fine'ly get us one 'them aut'matic flush toilets aftah Grammy threw out her hip and couldn't lug buckets a wat-AH no mo-AH. Just don't want folks thinkin' th-AH stayin' at the Motel 6 or sumpin' fancy like 'at, then bein' dis'pointed when they don't get chok-lits on th-AH pill-ahs.
