OOOookay, just spent a while on the phone with Dad figuring out some of the details...

If you are going to be staying with me and need directions, PM me.
It looks like, rather than a BBQ, Sunday night will be a big communal dinner... Dad's planning soup, chili, turkey, ham, lasagna, salad, lots of other good things. (If you have any requests, post 'em up.)
Julesgroup mornings will be full of eggs, bacon, pancakes, milk and OJ, etc etc etc. You guys won't go hungry. :p
Bring towels and bedding... we've got beds, floorspace, and tentspace, and for the most part it'll all be first come first served. I don't think you'll end up having to sleep outside if you don't want to.
We don't have a washer/dryer, but there's a laundromat in town. If it's warm and dry enough, we've got clotheslines.
And if you have any additional questions or requests or anything, post them or PM me.

At no point did Juliana say she would be handing me a cold one although I inferred that as her intention. Quite honestly though, I cannot see what the problem is with Pepsi but if it makes things easier I could accept Coke.
My apologies for the delayed defence but I was away climbing. I have no defence for climbing all day or being up late because that is exactly what I am guilty of this weekend.....in fact most weekends
I would hate this event to become any sort of burden to our two very generous hosts, financial or otherwise so may I suggest they make a list of items required. Then people can make a commitment to supplying things like food either by bringing it or buying there.
Jeez my hands took a beating in those cracks today, I just realized while typing
