As far as donations go: I'm not providing any food, just a place to stay (we'll probably hit up the grocery store as a group Friday night or something). So no donations should come my way. Jules' dad, however, would probably like people to pitch in for the lobster. Let's deal with it when we're all together.

I finally got a portrait picture courtesy of orangekyak, who we'll be seeing at the gathering on Sunday. Check it out, you can see what I look like, but you gotta add an imaginary 2 years or something. That helmet makes me look really young. I actually look about 10 years older, and people have told me I'm a combination of Tom Cruise, Russel Crowe and some other guy (OK, maybe not the first two). I apologize in advance for this post.
P.S. If we post another 100 times or so before the gathering, we'll hit 1000 posts. That's a heckuva lot of posts.

Packed up and ready to roll. Flying out of SoCal tomorrow afternoon, meeting up with my queen in Vegas.
After that we’re off to New Jersey to hook up with Lew…then it’s hip and happenin' in Rumney!!!

Got down in the low 30s last night here. Weather looks nice today, but you'll want to bring a warm jacket for morning/evenings or a shady belay. Trees are bright.

i still have a bit more of this sh*tty week to get through.
i think i'm excited about rumney, i just have so much to do between now and then that i'll be a bit surprised when i get there.
i'm looking forward to it though.... it'll be so cool to meet all of ya's.
we're heading out at noon from toronto, be at jules between 10:30-midnight, if all goeth well. we're bringing our friend nick (aka nickyo here) and are trying to convince a few others to attend.
