What does it say about CCH when nobody has even bothered to express surprise, never mind rant? Dang dang dang, I should have bought them back in 2002 when I was told to... TE

Bumping this thread in case anyone at CCH is looking... E-mail is bounced back because of a full inbox, and the answering machine for the number on your site (assume it is the right one, but it has no announcement of who I've reached) says "memory full". I was in contact with you about one of my Aliens (red, "707" on trigger and "T" on head) that is missing 1 of the 4 washers. It has them between each pair of lobes, but only on one side of the head between it and the inner lobe. I am off to the NRG for a long weekend (Fri-Mon) and am pretty disappointed. I can't see trusting that piece if I have to worry about it binding up on a fall, it seems it would be likely to fall out of the placement once unweighted after...

Any idea if blue aliens are supposed to have the washers? My green alien and bigger ones have washers, but not my blue alien. Well, unless it's a super itty-bitty washer. It's hard to tell even with a magnifying glass.
