They are not as high-end, if you will, as shoes in the Anasazi line. Now I know guys who pull V10 who wear them...for warmups before putting on...you guessed it V10s. As always get what fits you, that is the most important thing.

I have a pair and I really like them. I use them for sport climbing because they are so comfortable. I also have a pair of anasazi velcros and I like them a little bit better. If you are going for comfort go for the ascents, but if you are going for performance I would go with a shoe on the anasazi line.

man, I'd go for anasazi velcro anyday... I think they're better that Ascent.. They're more comfortable, and I think the features on it are nicer.

I wear a half size bigger and wear them with socks for all day climbing. Not very stiff but comfortable.
