It's La Sportiva Cobra for me, but a lot of my friends swear by the 5.10 Moccasym. Hope that helps. JDean

depends on the type of route. But some good choices are... 5.10-Newton, Anasazi Boreal-Matrix, Ace

Hey paint - you're in Arkansas, right? Lewis & Clark in Springdale carries Red Chili shoes... Check out the Dos Equis... They are amazing. My climbing partner has a pair and really loves them. AW

510 Zlippers rock! Alot of people seem to climb good in Huecos and Mythos. I really like the cobras too. The question mark shape last in the Zlippers for super edging power is awesome. The fitted heel on the cobras make for secure heel hooks, if they could just combine it, it'd be THE perfect shoe. For outside I look a shoe with alittle more substance though, so I typically go for harder shoes. The enduros are pretty nice for crack climbing. I love my anasazis. Red chili are awesome. But hard to find. Get the anasazis you wont be dissapointed.
