UR GUNNA DIE!!!! Please, please, please do not try and learn rope jump/swing techniques from the internerdzzz. find someone experienced in rigging these and learn IN PERSON at the very least. There is so much that could go wrong with rigging swings like this and often they are very site specific, i.e. no two rigs are the same. Do some reading up around rigging physics and you'll start to get an appreciation for the forces involved, and why these things when they fail tend to fail catastrophically!

Wow. First of all, this isn't the kind of thing you learn from a website. Second of all, there are probably very few people in the world who have figured out how to do this. It's not like there's a book on it. Third, even if someone were to tell you generally how to do it, the system will absolutely need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. In summary, this is the kind of thing that someone who has an EXTREMELY solid foundation in anchor, rigging, and rope systems sits down and figures out how to do. Just by the fact that you are asking for a website to explain it tells us that you are not one of those people.

Hey guys, thanks for the warnings, but I need to say that its not that difficult or complicated to do it from a bridge. A great bombproof anchor with double rope will be enough. You do need a lot rigging knowledge if doing it with a horizontal rope as anchor for the vertical one, but its not the case when doing it from a bridge. Lots of jumps since last year and the system works great. All gear re-checked and no worn signs. Anyway, thanks for the warnings, which indeed are absolutley pertinent for the people who wants to do it with a horizontal main rope system.
