I trad climb at the Gunks, lead 5.6 follow 5.9, and have been climbing for four years. Lost almost the entire of 2008 because of shoulder surgery, but 2009 was good and by November I was back to leading 5.6 and very much ready to lead .7's and certainly ready to lead Arrow 5.8.
NB Chelsea Piers Climbing Gym members: I've had a bunch of minor but recurring injuries, so my gym climbing will only be moderate as of this winter of 2010.
I'm into easy-going climbing, no heavy pumping :o)
