Like said above its going the be tough to dial you in for that many brands. I wear a 39.5 in Sportive Muiras and a 39 (both sizes feel the same size) 38 in the sportiva mythos and a 40 in the sportiva TC Pros. 39 in 5.10 moccsyms
all of the La Sportiva fit my feet pretty much the same. none feel like its much tighter of looser than the others shoes. The 5.10 mocc are super tights and I have to peel them off just after a few minutes of use, they feel tighter than my size 38 Mythos.
So go try on some shoes and find what works for you
