My wife and I are looking into taking a trip for Christmas. We want. Plenty of routes 5.8-5.13 Sport is my wife's favorite but I love everything No need for a car cheap We have been looking into Kalymnos but weather seems to be iffy and also its pretty pricey coming from the US. My wife is really wanting to do something international and we are coming from Washington so where else should we look. Eric

I doubt you would find better ticket prices to Thailand, or anywhere international with warm weather.

El Potrero Chico would be the classic destination -- it has all of that, and travel is likely to be a lot less than to Kalymnos. Almost all the routes are sport, and there are huge numbers of moderate routes, as well as a large number of multi-pitch moderate sport routes. A car is not needed -- it is generally an easy walk from camping/accomodations to the climbing, and about a 30-minute walk in to town for shopping/re-supply, though you can often catch a lift to shorten that.
