Seriously, there is no such thing as a good GoPro climbing video (with the possible exception of this one). They're much better for rafting or mtn biking videos.

The original poster has performed a valuable public service.

There are two main problems to solve with GoPro for climbing:
1. When climbing, we move our heads and look around *a lot* - it makes for some pretty lousy video. Few climbers have the discipline and ability to not do that when they have a dork box, uh, GoPro sprouting from their head.

2. The GoPro is a really wide angle lens. When it's that close to the subject as it is in climbing, there's a lot of annoying spherical image distortion.

Hard to say that people's self-absorbed Go Pro climbing videos are facinating...actually much less and much more annoying!

There is a resemblance to teletubbies however.
