I've only been climbing for about 6 months now. Almost, everytime I go climbing I have a hard time getting a good night sleep. I tend to wake up off and on all night thinking about climbing. I know this might sound weird but has anybody else experienced this? Maybe I'm just addicted to climbing!! [ This Message was edited by: coreyr on 2002-09-16 22:49 ]

No, it's not just you. I think rock climbing strums the same neurons that play Tetris in my brain.

I have that problem now, and I it used to happen to me after a paintball tournament. I think it's because of all the residual adrenaline in your system. That, and your brain has a hard time backing out of overdrive. Take some Benadryl or sominex or something. It helps. Travis

I know the answer. Maybe you need to wind down with some conversation and a beer. Hot tub may work also. Bye, Bye!!!

Verticle_reality has a good point. If those wasps wouldn't have kept you off the wall, maybe you could have put enough time in on the problem to exhaust yourself -- no beer necessary. Enjoy and CLIMB ON!!! JULES

Beer is the solution to nearly every problem in life, this one included. Whoever suggested less beer is hereby branded a heretic.
