While I didn't post these photos on rc.com. They certainly do qualify as bad climbing pics. http://www.contrib.andrew.cmu.edu/...ick/climbing/J-3.jpg That guy just never has a good photo. :) Sure wish I knew who that was on rc.com. I would make fun of him, kubi. We as a group of friends also have a couple too many of these photos. TRing seeping man made structures 25 feet high just isn't worth taking photos. Why didn't someone tell us back then? http://www.contrib.andrew.cmu.edu/...k/climbing/Pic55.jpg While I jest about these being bad pics. I think we all have them. There are more of them when we are starting to climb and aren't yet sure what is cool. We get better as we start to see with a photographer's eye and have experience to know where to capture the climber.

Actually, since the climb is very short the drag is very little. Gonna try and place a new bolt as a belay bolt to solve that.

Now, while I will agree that that picture is one of the worst photos on RC.com, cut the n00b a little slack for the description... it's obvious he's psyched on climbing, and doesn't know that gym climbing is wiggity-whack. Punk. Steve P.S. I campused your project

since march 4 2006 there has been one crimp that fell off this mantle. It is now impossible to do the route without glue on fingernails and a car jumper cable.

Here's one for ya: Crimping my own dumpy butt up my home wall, tendonitis-ridden elbow wrapped, grainy, blurry, both over and under exposed, just as the nuclear bomb went off in the neighbor's yard. http://img371.imageshack.us/...2449/cnxt00787dp.jpg are you frightened yet? ;-)

In reply to: In reply to: That f---ing awesome! Check out the employee's face. HAHA! Is Nate farting or going for the heel hook? I told him I wanted to climb on his mom. He got pretty mad. I'll have to search for some funny ones I remeber a few from some funny ass trips.

In reply to: Description: I led this 5.4 for a warmup that I would have rather soloed, but this was my friend's first time at Devil's Lake and first time on real rock and first time cleaning trad and first time belaying lead. It was a day of firsts for him. apparently it was also his first day holding a camera  oh, and i think you have '5.4' confused with '4th class'

In reply to: You can always tell a n00b by the shoes. If you wear Sportiva Cliffs, Fiveten Spires, MadRock Phoenixes or those blue EMS shoes..you may be a n00b. No you can't. Jim Bridwell wears Phoenix.

Man, I was sure hoping that some of my photos made it here  ....I mean...some of this stuff is pretty good (at being bad). I'm going to have to set up a photoshoot to try to get something half a good (bad) as this stuff!
