can't you just hold approval so that it says:
your photo approval is pending due to extreme lameness. please re-submit a less-stupid photo.
i love the shots of boulders that if you stood up on the ground, put your foot on top of it, and stood up, you would have sent the 'problem' maybe this is just bouldering for hikers or something...
