I did not know Ed, but many people that I do know loved him. I hear he was a great guy, and there is no doubt of his accomplishment and commitment to his passion for climbing.

Have sat at the table with him to have a beer and talk climbing so I knew him somewhat, not well but knew him. Ed will be missed for many reasons but I'm surprised I haven't heard anything here. Damn, this is the first I've heard of it. RIP Magic Ed. You put your heart and soul into that place and it shows.
