Shoulder Pain

Was climbing a shouldery traverse and and had to do a hard move where I fall into my shoulder and I heard a couple of clicks and pops in my shoulder. I didn't really have any pain when it happened but now I have some pain and stiffness. I'm not sure what I need to do in order to heal it properly. Whether to try to keep it moving and keep it loose or rest it completely. What do you guys think?

Tough to tell from such limited information.

It would be helpful to have a PT test your rotator cuff strength.

I'd keep it moving, but in a limited way. No overhead motion until the pain is gone, but start rotator cuff strengthening right away.
