I never used to stretch but I'm thinking about getting into yoga and building my flexibility. Rather than stretching specifically for climbing I want to start stretching every morning and night.

Mine are pretty specific because I screwed up my shoulders, too much with out warm-up injury. Let's see, swing your arms in circular motion (like an airplane propeller), forward and back. Roll your shoulders front and back (like and exaggerated shrug). Find a doorway or edge to grip with your palm, thumb down, and pull across your body lightly. Try this at different angles. fo reach arm. Clasp your hands behind you back and pull up until you feel tension. Some light pull-ups Lunges and hold, to stretch out the groin. Rotate you wrists in both directions flick your fingers repeatedly to warm them up. put you palm against a wall and push (or pull) lightly so your fingers are coming back towards your face. Like I said these are the one *I* choose, they may or may not be for everyone. Hope these help and aren't too confusing.
