Hi everybody, I have a lot of plantar warts on my feet and have finally begun to treat them. I think the reason why I have so many is that they use my sweaty climbing shoes to spread over my feet. So, it looks like I should either start wearing socks when I climb or start washing my climbing shoes. Has anybody else had this problem? Also, how is climbing with socks? Maybe I could get some really thin ones.... or some kind of thin paper or something. I imagine that washing my shoes 3 times a week would shorten their lifespan... then again, climbing shoes aren't exactly known for long life-spans to begin with. Any advice is appreciated (yes, the jokes too, as long as they are funny).

Warts are a virus. It is circulating in you. Get healthy, ensure enough sleep and let your immune system deal with it. In the mean time get existing ones frozen off.
