I was wondering if anyone has input about Tony Yaniro and Steve Petro's training program "Fingers of Steel"? I saw the video and read the guide that came with it. They recommend 18 weeks for the duration, but don't give a lot of specifics. It seems more substantial than a 4-3-2-1 program but lacks specific exercises for each phase and transition phase. I've gone through three 4-3-2-1's(each time raising my overall climbing level). I want to spend more time in each of the phases, but would like good advice before committing to a long, possibly misguided program.
