Hey, I wanted to let everyone know part 2 of my series on program design is up at www.selfcoachedclimber.com

I did try to post it here on RC.com as an article (I'm not just trying to drive traffic to my site) but it has yet to be approved. Anyway, I use Horst as an example so it might get folks riled up.

Also, I am interested in getting a feel for people's thoughts about and understanding of the principles behind sport-specific training. I admit its my sense that a lack of understanding of these ideas is one of the fundamental factors that informs training in the US today.

I wish there could be a way to fast-forward to 4 years from now and see the results. :)
