I just started a climbing/training blog. I thought a few people might like to browse through it from time to time. More importantly, I would love to hear some constructive criticism about my training programs and ideas. Thanks http://ibolder.blogspot.com/

It might just be a Google chrome thing, its double spaced and evenly bordered on my screen. Let me know if stays the same and I'll see what I can do. Thanks for your comment!! |

No no I really appreciate it because its not showing up like that on my screen for some reason. I changed the template format, let me know if it still looks jumbled to you. Thanks again!

looks fine to me. Interesting read so far. Pics of you on your outdoor projects would make it 100x more enjoyable of a read. And training schedules of what you are currently doing would be interesting. Thanks for sharing! I'd be happy if you bumped your thread when you did new posts (otherwise I might forget about it). ps progress pics of yourself would be cool if you are dieting, gaining mass, whatever. I have found these in the past tremendously motivating for myself to do once every month while dieting or gaining muscle mass.
