What kind of climbing schedules does every one have? How many days a week, how many days projecting, and how many strength/ endurance days. I'm just curious how other people are climbing. I'm coming off an injury and I think it was from climbing too much. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

3 times a week, roughly 10-12 hours. I don't really have a schedule, it just depends how I feel. Some days my fingers will be hurting so I won't try anything hard etc

3-4 days a week, usually 2 days indoors and 1 or 2 outdoors. I try to alternate between harder and easier days. I got some overuse injuries as a beginner (fingers), so these days I listen to my body a little more and won't hesitate to take several days or a week off if something doesn't feel right.

3-4 days, usually four. Two days of bouldering, two days of sportclimbing/endurance. Still indoors for another month or so. Schedule will change slightly when the season starts.

Two of the days are pretty systematic where i try to increase volume or intensity from week to week. The other two mostly involve trying new stuff and working on long term projects.

I do about 3 bouldering days and 1 sport climbing day per week. But I let my body tell me what to do; if I'm feeling run down I dial it back, if I feel up for more I push a bit harder.

way less than i want to! about never anymore due to lack of employment and soaring gas prices, and the fact i live in middle of illinois where the closest gym is hour away, closest crag is at least 3 hour away, and thats a shitty crag at that!
