I was doing some pullups on a tree branch when I had a "pop" and sharp pain in the back of my left hand. Wasn't sure what happened but didn't think much of it. Tried a few more pull ups later and have a bit of soreness in that area now. Generally there is no pain in moving any of my fingers or making a fist. There is a slight bit of pain when I bend my wrist up or down. The fairly dull pain when I move my wrist is sort of centered closer to the wrist than the fingers and on the ring/pinkie side of the hand rather than the middle/index side.

Anyone have any clue what happened?
