So, I read the entire story (which was excellent and very long), only to find that it isn't finished! How does the adventure end?

Cool! I remember way back in '02 when you guys won the grant, as I had applied for a grant that year as well to climb in the Kichatnas. At the time I thought: "wow, a couple boys from Iowa, eh? that should be interesting" I made a mental note to check up and see how it went. I'm about half way through the story (it's a tad long-winded), so far I'm impressed by your determination.
