Just confirmed with Faris that 40-50 people will be in on dinner. I will see him tomorrow and give him Eric's excellent map; Faris said his tires are no longer flat and he will go where we want him. So, we will have food and party at the big oaks! Menu: BBQ ribs/chick breast, corn, torts. Yum, and no washing plates either. M

In reply to: Erica, I'm in. Coming alone. Anybody have a 4wd and interested in climbing at the Homestead? -Jay *Hillary bumps this post* The Homestead is rad. Would anybody else be up for 1 day of QC and 1 day of Homestead? (I am personally thinking Sat at QC and Sun at H-S...) Clip-ups on limestone... which as we know, rox yer dome. 5.8-5.13. It's not too far away, approx. 20 miles from Globe. Off the beaten path but well worth a visit. Bonus points (and possible enforced chauffer duties) for those with 4WD!

Hey all :) It's finally here!! I am going to try my best to make it out tonight, but some up-in-the-air work threatens to occupy my evening. I'd feel bad if anyone else made it out tonight to find no one there. Is anyone else coming out tonight? ~Erica

Hillary, do we dare test out the 4WD on the ghetto subie? I finally got that flat tire replaced so hopefully we won't have to worry about having a blowout.
