Are there any multi pitch sport areas on or close to the east coast. Or even, what are some good multi pitch sport areas on the West coast?

Do a search for "Rumney, New Hampshire".

What level are you looking for?

Table Rock (at Linville Gorge) has a bunch of bolted, multi-pitch routes in the 5.4-5.6 range.

I think there is at least one bolted 5.12 on Whitesides. Probably 8 or 9 pitches.

IIRC, rumney has a few multi-pitch routes, but they might be closed due to peregrine falcons nesting... call the White Mountain Society and check before you commit,

Oh yeah, Cedar Rock, Stone Mountain and Big Green Mountain all have bolted, multi-pitch routes. They're quite sporty, too.

seneca rocks, looking glass, table rocks, linville gorge

Not many sport routes at Seneca, but Nelson Rocks just down the road has some.
