Does anyone have information about climbs on the higher faces at Tillbury? Are there bolts up there?

There are a few, I did some climbing there this spring. But mostly trad routes, some with rap anchors only.

IS this the same Tilbury as the one talked about near Mocanaqua? Why is it, that when you click on the mapquest link it takes you to State Collegeish area, which is far FAR away from there? Could someone maybe post a topo?

Yes same one. I posted the correct city earlier, but it was changed by the author of this thread.
