Yodadave,
I am the owner of Top Out Climbing and I can provide you with some details.
Currently, we are projecting an opening near late April, 2013. Once the date is finalized, there will be an announcement on the facebook page or the website at topoutclimbing.com as it goes live.
The majority of our terrain is bouldering, but we will have a top rope auto-belay wall as well. Our facility is 11,500 sq feet, so it will be quite a large gym.
Our prices have been finalized, but not released. Thye will be released within the next few weeks.
