More Info:
Began climbing in Eldorado and Boulder Canyons in 1975. Back then, there was virtually no wait on the rocks for a route. My climbs varied all the way from the Bastille Crack to Ruper, the Yellow Spur, Naked Edge, Grand Giraffe, climbing on the Dome, to Country Club Crack. Most of my climbing the past few years has been in the alpine peaks and I completed the Fourteeners in 2004. There is an occasional side trip to some of the more difficult Thirteeners and return trips to the Fourteeners via other routes. Life for me, is more about quality than quantity, more about the essence than the superficial. What I have accomplished while climbing has taught me to look within before looking without. To trust in my self as a person and to respect nature. To yield and yet, to not be afraid. Climbing and being in the mountains have always been that escape to the real world of who I am and the energy within.
