I was an American paramedic working for a UN agency in Holland. I began climbing in '89 at Devil's Tower Wyoming. I have led as high as 5.10c & followed 5.11 though now, after living in Holland for 3 years with only occasional climbing in Belgium, England & the local climbing gym am leading only about 5.9. I plan to return to Wyoming (USA) in 2001 to resume climbing, living, & working (in that order).
I have been ice-climbing a few times. I also love downhill skiing & hiking in the mountains. I hope if I get too old to technical climb that I can begin mountaineering.
As of Aug, 2001 I'm back in Gillette, WY and solo rope climbing regularly @ Devil's Tower.
Update--2010: Moonlighting as belay slave @ brand new climbing "Tower" in fancy new Rec Center. It's 42' tall, modeled after Devil's Tower. Stop in & try it on your way to/from the real Tower.
