Indeed it is an ISP problem, our web host has filed for bankruptcy and has shut down without warning, we are in the process of transferring to a new Host and hope to be up and running within a day or two.
Sorry for any inconvenience, the problem was unexpected and completely out of our hands.
and for the record, we were never closed down, we only disabled the Bulletin Board while we upgraded it.

Gripped.com should be back up for the most part, we lost about half of our registered users so if you registed after April 22 you will have to re-register.
