There are 2 fires burning in Kelowna BC, which will make travel from Vancouver different. the Hwy is closed at Westbank meaning people driving north up hwy 97 to kelowna will have to go down to Osoyoos & over to hwy 33 & then up to Kelowna. People driving from Vancouver will have to drive up from Marett to Kamloops & then down to Kelowna.

no the fire is on the other side of the valley this time. no climbing affected but a Major detour is required.
