I have moved to a town where there seems to be no climbing. What to climbing around Fort Frances? We may have to set routes.

My parents lived in Fort Frances for a number of years. As I recall, the topography around there is pretty flat, though I suppose there might be some potential further out where it becomes more shield and last flat farmland. Judging from your name, you don't happen to live in Emo by any chance?

East of Fort Frances there is some good potential rocks. Being on the Canadian Shield there is bound to be places. I can think of a few of the top of my head. I live between Emo and Fort

Yeah, you're probably right. Northwest heading toward Kenora might have some potential as well. You might try contacting the Thunder Bay section of the Alpine Club of Canada. They might have some tips on where to look.
