Hey Bluenosers! I'm coming Home for the fisrt time in 10 years and in that time I've started climbing so I'm interested in hooking up with someone to climb/booulder with. I'm only going to be there for a week . Interested?

rendog: I'll be heading to NS to visit friends after the Rumney gathering. When will you be back there, maybe we can hook up?

We may be both in NS for 1-2 days before you fly, maybe we could work something out? Do you know the roped stuff around Halifax or maybe the bouldering around Peggy's Cove/LOC?

http://www.peak.ca/rock/ http://ns.bouldering.ca/ Here are a couple of links to check out NS scaling fare. Land of confusion looks to have lots to play on. Didn't see anything about Peggy's Cove which surprised me. Lots of rock there as I recall from pre-climbing days.

yup still going all. Crazy,... I'll let you know for sure where we hit. If you're interested, in the new Gripped mag, there's a bit of a write up about Sonnie Trotter who made the tour down there with some good ideas of where to go. "D"

I was drinking and stuff with Sonnie last weekend. I knew he was in Quebec recently but not NS and we didn't talk too much about climbing. I'll ask him for some beta next time I see him although we climb in different leagues so his V10 beta may be less useful on my Vminus10

Sonnie was out of the country lately so no beta there. Gilthanass is out there and I should be meeting him if all goes well so he may have some beta. rendog: I'll PM you this week about hooking up.
