Whats the best place on the East coast for bouldering? I want to organize a bouldering trip in mid-May...so what's the best place to go for a week or two of awesome bouldering? I'm based in Virginia (Richmond area) so something within a days drive is what i'm looking for.

You have a bunch of options.....you can hit up Coopers Rock, WV and Hawks Nest Dam (which is in the New) in one trip......or you could go south to Boone, NC, where there is a cool bouldering scene, and an incredible amount of rock....OR you could roll up here to the the North East, where there are tons of super classics and an awesome scene as well....we've got The Gunks, Pawtuckaway, Lincoln Woods, and Bradley....all awesome.....no matter what you decide, have a rad time, and I hope you get psyched on the East Coast.....
