Looking to climb Mt. Marcy or any other Dak high peaks. Also looking for people to hit snowshoe trails for a day trip in NY or at the Gap.

I did Mt. Marcy and a few other high peaks on a summer backpacking trip, but i haven't done any mountains in the northeast in winter. I'd be more than happy to go on a weekend trip and can be free just about any weekend this semester, but i may need to borrow some extra gear if i can find anyone who has it (i don't have snowshoes, and my tent and sleeping bag probably aren't adequate for a winter ascent....what are the temps like in the daks in winter?). Let me know if you're interested and have any way of getting those few pieces of gear i need (i might be able to borrow from some friends); otherwise, maybe in the spring.
