Does anyone know where to find a bouldering guidebook. I have a partial one just missing the the Norht shore and the monolith areas.

not sure where/if they sell the guidebook anymore. You should be able to piece together all the problems in the north shore and monolith areas using the route database here and at mountainproject.com

Thank you so much, I had written the editor of rock and ice. They had a mini guide in there at one time. But I'll check it out. Thank you again....

I actually just found a partial document that contains the mini guide from rock and ice. It sadly seems to be missing a page but was pretty helpful.

You can check it out here.

I just got a response back from the editor of rock and Ice and he told me that they havn't archived any of there back issues yet and needed a year. So I just directed him toward the website that you gave me. Thanks again.

I'm sure he'll be excited to see scanned versions of his magazine online...

That mini-guide is pretty complete although most of the north short descriptions are missing (although the topo is there, I could probably fill in most of the blanks for you). It is also missing much of the newer development along the tumbled rocks trail, the reserve and a few other areas.

My main problem is finding the boulder, I know where all the areas are. Just hard to look at a boulder and say hey that's what's it called. That's why I really liked that mini guide. If you can give me some insight into some new problems or to the north shore, that would be really helpful. I am going up on memorial day weekend. Thank you again....
