48 year old in Indiana, use to lead 5.7 trad (it has been a while) I am safe have plenty of gear, new rope and a solid understanding of the basics. Looking to do long moderate backcountry routes at least one a year with regular climbing in between, will travel almost anytime- seneca, rrg, lindville gorge, chattanooga. Would like to reach previous skill level and surpass it

Howdy,

You are probablly some distance away, but I'm going Devil's Lake, WI around Madison tomorrow (Wednesday 9/13/06). If you'd like to come please join me. Hope to be there for a couple of days. I'm traveling through, from Oregon. Many years of experience and safe as well. Not too hard of a leader though. Sounds like there's some TR potential if you want to hang with the 10s and 11s. I like to get more numerous (6 or more) routes at moderate grades (5.6s - 10s). My cell phone doesn't work where I am now, but will by mid-day tomorrow. 541-331-8244

Any chance you are coming further East - through West Virginia? If so, contact me and we can talk about climbing in this part of the country.
