Been interested in climbing for about 2 years. I barely climb because I have no partner, nowhere to climb and no gear. Really blows.
I'm 17, not in school anymore, so that's not a problem. No car yet so that's a problem. I just badly want to climb.
I don't have any partner so anyone in the philadelphia area(south of philly) without a partner, let me know. I know of a gym and a few bouldering areas. Ralph Stover State Park isn't far and I've heard there's good climbing there.
My other interests are BMX, slacklining, camping, hiking, anything outside. I also play bass in a "band" with 3 other friends.
