I have been climbing for about 2 years now, rock and alpine/mountaineering. I've spent the past two summers in Europe, climbing and vagabonding (kind of the same as 'dirtbagging') in the Dolomites, Mont Blanc and Monte Rosa groups, Ecrins, Valpelline.
GOING TO ECUADOR 26DEC04 - 16JAN05 & LOOKING FOR A PARTNER TO CLIMB SOME OF THE BIG MOUNTAINS THERE!

For the time being I have only tackled modest grades (alpine PD, 5.8trad followed). Just started leading trad at the Gunks this late fall, after having finished buying a rack. I am very motivated & safe & low-profile; always happy to hear from like-minded people and meet more partners for climbing & vagabonding all over the world!
Looking for :
1. a regular partner at City Climbers Club in Manhattan, someone with very good technique, (especially on overhangs...my weakest point), who would not mind to partner for 2-3 hours/week and help me push the limits!
2. partners for ice climbing (top-roping) for the 04-05 season. Catskills/ Adirondacks.
3. a regular partner for rock, trad&sport, for the 05 season. Gunks, Rumney & more...looking for someone who has been leading trad for a few seasons and is willing to share his/her knowledge with someone who is just starting out; someone who is patient enough to second low-grade routes and give feedback.
4. a partner for the whole or part of summer 05 for climbing in France & Italy: alpine, sport &trad.
