I know there's a bunch of 1st time and seasoned parents on here so I thought I'd share. Most people will have the necessary equipment laying around their home, but there are economic alternatives readily available at most supermarkets.

Haha! I just shared this with my mom. She never used corporal punishment on us, but I know my younger siblings could have benefited from this technique...
