Any of the old skool coffeeshoppers still around? Post up.

Welcome. Glad you could make it. Grab a seat at the counter.
Newspaper is by the restroom, but someone already made off with the sports section.

Party on Jake... Party on Chad... I am alive. Haven't been in here in ages. Half my friend list hasn't logged in since 2008. How is the crew?

"crew" in it's mass climbers form is pretty much gone.. gabe and al moved to CO.. Corey got married and seems to be disappeared.. Rob does this "ice climbing" activity? they say it's fun but i have my doubts... you back in mass? what you up to.

I dunno man.. scattered to the wind. I haven't touched rock myself since 2008. Turns out all the aches I was struggling with were Arthristis. but took me almost two years of increasing pain and decreasing mobility to figure that out. By the time I figured it out and got some meds that worked I was back up to 300 pounds and still fighting to get back down to a weight that doesn't require a gorilla to belay

I'm in serious need of some rumney style strength training. I think 5.8 was the hardest thing i climbed this year. Maybe a flailing 5.9 toprope... I have to imagine parking at rumvegas has only gotten worse. On the plus side, i've been keeping a regulation style girlfriend that started climbing with me so my 5.6 leads look like serious hardman shit chad - any of the original coffeeshoppers still around? anne, dookie, winter, hangar, nike, grant?

grant stops by once in a while.. it is ice season now though so he's quite distracted.. the others have not been seen in quite some time. you should hit up Metrorock with Josh and he'll get you strong in no time.. they have good overhanging stuff there.. or if you are closer to worcester the Central rock gym has some awesome roofs.

Sounds like architectural licensing. $250 to establish your training record. $150 to submit your record to the state. $75 for the state to review your record. $1,500 to take the exam’s. $250 per state per year for an architectural license. Did I mention that 40% of my states architects are unemployed?
