Don't waste posting space. It was a good topic. I have a hard time finding pants, too. So far two brands out of an entire mecca of stores. Not funny to poke fun!

Actaully I wear Canadian standard issue Military Parachute pants, and tehy are fantastic. they give you enough mobility to high step like a fiend, but durable enough to last for years. I've had mine for almost 4 years now. Camping, climbing, canoeing etc.

i wear board shorts. they're made of this fabric we call rip stop. very light, quick drying, and very durable.

Only gripe is the fabric is so thick they get hot as heck in the summer.
