Why, sport of course! Until he falls in with a bad crowd from some website the kids call "RC.COM" or some nonsense and they'll try to teach him that it's alright to trad, sometimes even fun and he'll be lost to the dark side for a few years until he realizes he's hit his ceiling and then he'll come back to his sport climbing roots, but not before spending a few years in therapy about the whole episode.
