An idea spawned from the failing PnP (off topic forum) at SummitPost and the constant discussions and complaints about off topic posts in this forum and others. I have put up the virtual campfire forum where everything can be talked about, including climbing. So far there is only one very liberal moderator, this should be an interesting place where almost anything goes...get in on the ground floor...

I invite Supertopo, SummitPost and RC.com users who wish to spray and spew off topic discussions and have giant flame wars to sign up and get involved.

Sorry to these awesome websites for promoting another forum here but I thought you may enjoy an alternative to people posting off topic in your climbing forums...Maybe we can consolidate all the off topic crap from multiple places (summitpost, supertopo, RC.com)and make something cool out of it...

Please come and argue, cuss, spray about anything you wish, preferably while inebriated...

Thanks for your obviously un-objective review, I enjoy the publicity. I see you made an account there and never posted, shortly after toxo unbanned tazz's IP (coincident maybe?). I also see you made an account here, just to make this one post bashing another forum.

I find it suspiciously timely that after someone on Summitpost had a problem with the place that an avatar like this would randomly pop up with a bad review. You are extremely transparent, and if you would like to characterize me because of what a giant group of people have to say in some online forums, then by all means...bash me...I am not ashamed of giving people a place to speak their mind, in fact I am proud of it's success, if you can't handle it or don't value freedom, then please do not visit the website, it's very simple...I don't visit Summitpost anymore because I can say similar things about their admins, but I don't go around making new accounts on competing websites just to bash them, I simply stay away...

VCF hardly contains the worst the internets has to offer, you are extremely nieve...it is simply a reflection of humans and life, and everything that goes along with it, from a group of hikers and climbers. If you fail at dealing with life and people, then I understand why you have a problem with it...it is not for the thin skinned and I like it that way, it spits out spineless people like yourself that have no ability to deal with the challenges people and life present to you, it is it's own filter, survival of the fittest I guess...I recommend you just stay away if your skin is so thin, maybe there's a preschool forum somewhere where you won't be so intimidated or disgusted...

Instead, I must confess I am nothing but a loon. I am a complete neurotic, an out of control person that has lost all concept of reality. I AM DELUSIONAL! At VCF, you can has as much drama as you wishes...and no one will ban you for it...in fact they may lift you on their shoulders for inviting ridicule...how big are your balls? I dare anyone here to go put at least one person on that board in their place...they all deserve it...badly...but I doubt RC.com produces anything tougher than a pad person pulling on plastic...we also need some climbing gear nazis...this place is great for arguing about gear, our gear section is dead...needs more play...
