First and foremost a trail maintainer and trail runner, but when I can, I climb anytime I can find a day and rock. I ran my first ultra-marathon the fall of 2006, everyone should try it once. I maintain 11 miles of trails every year that I have adopted, along with helping the ANF chapter of the NCTA with their group work days as a trail crew boss. My adopted trail segments include; 6 miles of the North Country National Scenic Trail - Allegheny National Forest - Tionesta National Scenic Area, 3 miles of the Quehanna Trail - Moshannon State Forest, and 2 miles of the Big Spring Draft Trail - Elk State Forest - Quehanna Wild Area. Always willing to help out or lead a crew for Adopt-a-Crag days or for general crag clean up.

If heading to central PA, send me a message and I can give you my local number in case you would have trouble finding trailheads, roads, food, gas, campsites, etc. If looking for a free place in central PA to rest your head while on the road, I have two tent flats and stone fireplace with grill on my property next to 25,000+ acres of State Game Lands. Of course there is a few large couches and some monk pads in the house. Anyone is welcome.
