Well let's see, I got started mountaineering as a teenager growing up in Washington State, made my first summit at 16. Alpine ice and snow climbing are still my favorite, and I try to get back to the Cascades at least once a year to get my dose.
When I lived in Texas I climbed at the Wichitas in Oklahoma a lot. Now living in Santa Fe, I'm exploring the climbing here, and loving it! I have a crag (Diablo Canyon) 14 miles from my house!
Oh, and in case you're wondering, the nickname isn't some conceited anatomy reference :) just a pet name someone gave me once. My real name is Peter, and the huge thing is sort of an inside joke - I guess you had to be there. :)
